Richmond American Homes is building 50 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Stonewall Manor in Triangle, a planned community with a swimming pool, walking trails and playgrounds near Route 1 and Interstate 95. Prince William Forest Park and Potomac Mills shopping mall are nearby.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include beaded siding with coordinated trim, a sodded lawn, a lamppost, an asphalt driveway and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature three or four bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; a two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a gas fireplace; oak cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; oak cabinets, cultured marble counters and cultured marble surrounds in the baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have approximately 2,400 to 3,050 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,950 to $459,950. Homeowner association fees are $83 per month.

The Amherst model, with 2,800 square feet, is priced from $419,950. This home features a front porch leading into a two-story foyer with a split staircase that is accessible from the foyer and the kitchen.

The main level includes a library with double doors and optional built-in bookcases, a formal living room and a formal dining room.

Across the back of the house are the center-island kitchen, the breakfast area and the family room.

Upstairs, double doors open into the master suite, which has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, room extensions, extra fireplaces, bay windows and columns.
