New in Maryland: Pointe at ArundelPreserve

M/I Homes is building 48 town homes at the Pointe at ArundelPreserve in Hanover, a community with a clubhouse with a fitness center, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a tot lot, a multipurpose field and walking paths. The development is near several shopping areas, including Arundel Mills Mall.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a brick front, fiber-cement siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Buyers can add a fireplace and switch the recreation room to a bedroom or home office with a full bath.

The main level has a separate dining room at the front with four windows. A powder room, a pantry and an open kitchen and family room complete this level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with an oversized shower and two vanities. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include fireplaces, front and rear extensions, a wet bar, a lower-level bath and a luxury master bath.
