An 18-year-old Takoma Park woman was fatally shot in front of a Northwest D.C. bus stop early Friday.
Siohban Nicole Lee was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head at Fifth and Nicholson streets in the Brightwood neighborhood, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. Officers responded to the area around 3:30 a.m. for a report of an unconscious person lying on the ground and discovered Ms. Lee unconscious and unresponsive.
Police have not released any suspect descriptions in the case.
