ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - The Anchorage School District says an elementary school has been broken into only days after reports of vandalism at South Anchorage High School.

KTVA-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1Ptr3eM ) that Rabbit Creek Elementary School discovered a break-in at one of its classrooms just after 8:30 a.m. Friday.

District official Heidi Embley says someone broke a window and stole equipment from a relocatable classroom that serves fifth and sixth graders.

The district reported two desktop computers and a camera as stolen. Sixth grade teacher Raynae Hipsack says students’ school supplies and gym shoes were also missing.

Earlier this week, the Anchorage Police Department says three teenagers wrote “random words and phrases” on the outside of South Anchorage High School using spray paint.
