ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A man with a gun robbed an Anchorage gas station Monday and remains at large.
Police say the suspect just after midnight entered a Holiday Gas Station on Mountain View Drive in northeast Anchorage.
The man went behind the counter, pointed a gun at a clerk and demanded that the cash register be opened.
The clerk opened the register. The gunman grabbed cash and fled on foot.
Police used a dog to attempt to follow the suspect. He was described as black, 6-feet-tall and skinny. He had no facial hair.
