WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A road in Wilmington is closed after police say a dump truck got stuck in a sinkhole.
Police said in a statement Thursday that officers called to the 800 block of North Shipley Street for a report of a large hole found the dump truck disabled in the sinkhole.
Police say no one was injured. Traffic is being diverted and it’s not clear how long the road will be closed.
The city Department of Licenses and Inspection is on scene.
