GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - Police say an elderly woman was found dead in a home that burned in Great Falls, but investigators are not sure if she died as a result of the fire.
The Great Falls Tribune reports (https://goo.gl/FYJuJm ) the woman, whose name has not been released, was found Tuesday night, and her body has been sent to the state crime lab for an autopsy. Sgt. Jim Wells says the death is under investigation, but it does not appear to be suspicious.
Firefighters arrived at the home to find flames coming from the basement.
No other information has been released.
