PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - A former Jackson County Sheriff’s deputy has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful sexual activity.
Authorities say Bradley Scott Davis, of Moss Point, admitted Thursday to having sex with a female inmate inside the county jail in June 2016.
Multiple media outlets report sentencing for the 36-year-old has not been set. He faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine and must register as a sex offender.
Davis was an 11-year veteran with the sheriff’s department before being terminated after the incident.
