…but the courts in London, England, finished it, ruling that Apple Computer can use an apple logo to advertise iTunes, its music download service. The Beatles’ Apple Corps music company had objected and filed a trademark lawsuit.

Some stories, it seems, are better on the radio: WTOP-FM played a clip of The Beatles’ “I’m A Loser” to introduce their report on the matter. Sigh.
