Last night at Verizon Center


The Caps paused before, during and after the game to honor members of the armed forces on Veterans’ Day. There were impressive presentations on the Jumbotron during the game. A group of about 20 soldiers who are recovering at Walter Reed Army Medical Center were guests for the game and received a lengthy standing ovation.


9 Games Alexander Semin has gone without scoring a goal after opening the season with eight goals in the first seven games.
