Inside, all 12 models feature three or four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, walk-in pantry and powder room; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; oak front stairs; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; a structured wiring package; two-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas hot water.

The homes have 2,239 to 5,684 finished square feet, with base prices from $664,900 to $873,900. Homeowner association fees are $133 per quarter.

The Southampton model, with 4,221 square feet, is priced from $873,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room, each with columns. A split staircase is at the center of the home, with a second staircase near the kitchen.

The main level also has a study with a bay window, a powder room, a family room with a wall of windows flanking the fireplace and a breakfast area open to the kitchen. Arched doorways link several rooms.
