Mitchell & Best Homebuilders LLC is constructing 133 houses at Maple Lawn in Fulton, including its Bolton Hill Cityhomes, which are upscale, four-level town homes with elevators.

Maple Lawn is a planned community with restaurants, shops and office space in addition to a community center and clubhouse, tennis courts, a swimming pool and tot lots.

Each home in this Howard County community includes a brick front, stucco and stone detailing, limestone steps, a deck, landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, each home has four bedrooms; 3½ baths; an elevator with cherry walls and hardwood flooring; hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on the main level; crown moldings; maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The Bolton Hill model homes have about 4,000 finished square feet, with base prices from $899,900 to $1,011,900. Homeowner association fees are $171 per month.

The interior homes feature a garage entrance, a media room and a family entrance with a closet on the lower level.

The first floor has formal living and dining rooms. The open center-island kitchen has a breakfast area. The family room has a fireplace and a door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite covers the second floor with a library, two walk-in closets and a bath. This level also has a laundry room.

The third floor has a second bedroom with two walk-in closets and a private full bath. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
