Sorensen Homes is building 17 single-family homes on 10-acre homesites at the Meadows at Bristow, a community with ponds near golf courses, parks and shopping centers in Bristow.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick or stone front, a brick or stone stoop, 6½-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all four models feature four or five bedrooms; 3½ to 4½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, hall, kitchen, breakfast area and powder room; oak stairs; 9-foot ceilings on every level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; high-tech wiring; recessed lighting; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, a pantry and a butler’s pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with Corian counters, a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,818 to 4,857 finished square feet, with base prices from $839,900 to $973,900. There are no homeowner association fees.

The Westhaven model, with 4,198 square feet, is priced from $884,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a library, a formal living room and a formal dining room with columns. A split central staircase links the kitchen and foyer to the upper level.

The kitchen has a room-size pantry and a breakfast area with a curving wall of windows. The family room has a bay window. A laundry room and closets are near the garage.
