Pulte Homes Inc. is building 80 single-family homes on quarter-acre to one-third-acre wooded homesites with flat back yards at Palisades at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, close to several golf courses, sports centers and shopping centers.

The builder is offering $45,000 toward closing costs, $20,000 toward free options and a free finished basement with a recreation room, study, full bath and exercise room for buyers using the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature four bedrooms; three full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; porcelain tiles in the kitchen, baths and laundry room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a Colonial-style trim package; a gas fireplace; a coffered ceiling in the family room; a tray ceiling in the master bedroom; upgraded lighting fixtures; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; high-tech wiring; and gas heat.

The homes have 3,940 to 4,528 finished square feet, with base prices from the low $700,000s. Monthly homeowner association fees are $39.
