Toll Bros. Inc. is building 219 garage town homes at the Meadows at Hurley Ridge in Clarksburg, near a MARC train station, a short drive from Shady Grove Metro station near a shopping center.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, a deck, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Lawn care is provided by the homeowner association.

Inside, all three models feature three bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, living, dining and family rooms; ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, breakfast area and baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; vaulted ceilings in the upper-level bedrooms; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a security system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,119 to 2,439 finished square feet, with base prices from $541,975 to $586,975. Homeowner association fees are $110 per month.

The Easton model, with 2,439 square feet, is priced from $586,975. It has a sunken foyer leading to the open living and dining room, which has a wall of windows, and a butler’s pantry linking the kitchen with the dining area. The kitchen has a pantry, a breakfast area that opens onto the family room, which has two walls of windows and a fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite has a double-size walk-in closet and a bath.
