Mike O’Connor (1-0) struck out 10 batters in six innings as the visiting Clippers beat the Knights. Bret Boone (.250) drove in the game-winning run on a sacrifice fly in the seventh.

Harrisburg 8, Reading 2

Second baseman William Bergolla (.167) went 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in the Senators’ decisive victory over the host Phillies.

Potomac 10, Lynchburg 4

Right fielder Edgardo Baez (.242) jump-started a five-run sixth with a double as the visiting Nationals downed the Hillcats.

Delmarva 7, Hagerstown 6

Clint Everts (0-2) blew the save opportunity, allowing four runs (three earned) in the ninth inning as the Shorebirds beat the Suns.
