I think I must have the gene. I grew up in the area and have had an interest in real estate ever since I can remember. My background in retail decorative home goods with Neiman Marcus has been very beneficial in my successful home-staging service for sellers.

Staging and marketing


The house had an underground storage tank, still in use, that turned out to be leaking. The cleanup delayed settlement by about four months.

My sellers and I found out at the settlement table that their garage was about two feet over an easement. We had to get the owners of seven houses to agree to a modification of the easement in the last week in December.
