Toll Bros. Inc. is building 134 single-family homes on sites measuring about one-eighth acre at the Villages at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, a gated golf-course community with a clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis and sport courts, trails, ponds, fishing piers, a shopping center and schools.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

All five models have four bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath (soaking tub and separate shower); a rough-in for another bath; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,200 to 2,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $439,995 to $484,995. Homeowner association fees are $221 per month.

The Putnam model, with 2,650 square feet, is priced from $479,995. The foyer entrance of this home leads into the formal living room and the formal dining room. A pantry links the dining room with the center-island kitchen, which is open to the breakfast area and family room. Each of these rooms has a wall of windows.

Upstairs are the master suite with walk-in closet and luxury bath; three more bedrooms, a second bath and a laundry room. For more information or directions, call sales manager Lauren Dobak at 571/261-3003 or visit www. dominionvalley.com.
