Kettler is building 528 condominiums and town homes at the West Village of Shirlington in Arlington, which has shuttle service to the Pentagon Metro station.

The development has a swimming pool, a putting green, a garden, a playground, concierge services and a clubhouse with a fitness center, business center, a library, a sports pub, multimedia screening room, a great room and a balcony.
