K&P; Builders Inc. is building more than 75 single-family homes on quarter- and half-acre homesites at Kingsview in White Plains, a planned community with swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a soccer field and a community center.

The builder is offering $10,000 in closing cost assistance with the use of a preferred lender.

Each home in this Charles County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding with panel shutters, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 10 models feature three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths; raised-panel doors; a custom lighting package; 36-inch wood cabinets in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; central air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,038 to 3,396 finished square feet, with base prices from $299,900 to $399,900. Homeowner association fees are $60 per month.

The Kentmoor model, with 3,396 square feet, is priced from $399,900. This home features a two-story foyer.

Double doors open off the foyer into the library. The first floor also has a formal living room with windows on two sides, a formal dining room and a center-island kitchen with a breakfast area. A step-down family room with a fireplace is next to the breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Buyers can add a three-sided fireplace to the bedroom suite. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
