Williamsburg Homes LLC is building 45 town homes at Emerson at Palace Hall in Laurel. The community has two swimming pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, 250 acres of open space, pedestrian paths, a tot lot and plans for a shopping center.

The builder is offering $10,000 in closing costs with the use of an approved lender and title company.

Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick front and sides, a low-maintenance deck, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The Bracken model, with 2,535 square feet, is priced from $450,900. This home has a front porch, a foyer and a recreation room on the lower level.

The main level features a living room and a dining room, a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and breakfast bar, and an open family room and breakfast room.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
