LARAMIE, WYO. (AP) - Nebraska star defensive tackle Jared Crick is being held out of the Huskers’ game against Wyoming because of an unspecified injury.

The 6-foot-6, 285-pound senior did not suit up for Saturday’s game at Laramie and did not practice all week.

He suffered the injury at the end of last week’s game against Washington. He had started 31 straight games for Nebraska.

Crick has 14 tackles and one sack in three games this season. He had 9 1-2 sacks in each of the past two seasons.

Nebraska cornerback Alfonzo Dennard was back in the lineup after missing the first three games because of a pulled muscle in his right leg that he suffered in mid-August.
