Prince George’s County police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of an “armed and dangerous” suspect in a Langley Park homicide earlier this month.

Rudy Ismael Manchame-Guerra is wanted for first-degree murder in the shooting of Saul Felipe-Augustine on July 14. Mr. Manchame-Guerra has no fixed address, but frequents the Langley Park area, police said.

Officers responded to the 1400 block of Kanawha Street around 6:40 p.m. and found Mr. Felipe-Augustine in a hallway of an apartment building suffering a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was approximately 23 years old.

Police ask that anyone with information about the case call Prince George’s County homicide unit at 301-772-4925, or call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-8477.
