NEW YORK (AP) - Internet company Yahoo says Chief Financial Officer Tim Morse is leaving the company and will be replaced in October by Ken Goldman.

The company says Goldman take over the job on Oct. 22. Goldman has been CFO of threat management technology company Fortinet since 2007. He was CFO of Siebel Systems for six years until Siebel was bought by Oracle Corp. in 2006.

Morse has been CFO of Yahoo, which is based in Sunnyvale, Calif., since June 2009.

Yahoo Inc. hired longtime Google executive Marissa Mayer as CEO in July. In August, it hired a new chief marketing officer, Kathy Savitt.
