A third woman came forward with sexual harassment allegations against San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, in an exclusive interview with KPBS on Wednesday.

In January 2009, Morgan Rose, founder of America’s Angel Campaign, met with then-Congressmen Filner in an effort to bring the group’s initiative to the national stage.

The two met at Marie Callender’s across from Mr. Filner’s congressional office in San Diego County.

When the Democrat arrived he informed Miss Rose that he had brought the group’s mission to First Lady Michelle Obama, who he said requested a follow up memo.

Miss Rose was excited to learn her charity’s campaign was on the first lady’s radar, but that excitement turned to confusion when she told KPBS that Mr. Filner started staring at her, then said, “your eyes have bewitched me.”

The Democrat reportedly stood up, and walked over to sit next to her.

“He tried to move my face towards his to kiss me on the mouth,” she told KPBS.

“Would you please go back so we can continue this meeting? This is an important topic,” she recalls saying, adding that Mr. Filner refused to move to the other side of the table until she kissed him.

According to Rose, he then received a cell phone call and said he had to leave.

Morgan Rose is the third woman to make public allegations agains the mayor this week. She has filed an official complaint with the sheriff’s department.
