The ex-NSA contractor is going to field questions beginning at 11 a.m. EST, The Guardian reported. The Guardian said: Ask him anything. The paper is currently posting questions from the public on its website.

One caveat, however. Mr. Snowden, 29, may not be a constant online presence, as his security concerns may get in the way of his ability to obtain, and maintain, a steady Internet connection, The Guardian said. He could flit in and out of the Q&A, the Guardian said — but he’s promised to weed through as many questions as feasible.

Gennady Kolker with The Guardian said the media outlet will post the entire forum after it has wrapped.

Mr. Snowden fled to Hong Kong in the days after his NSA leaks.
