TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - A storm system is expected to bring heavy rains and significant flooding risks to northern Florida.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management reports that up to 5 inches of rain is forecast Saturday morning from Tampa northward. A flood watch is in effect for the Panhandle, the Big Bend area and northeast Florida. Gusty winds and hail also are possible.
