BUCKHANNON, W.Va. (AP) - Retiring U.S. Sen. Jay Rockefeller will discuss his five decades of public service at a public forum at West Virginia Wesleyan College.

The event is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the college’s Virginia Thomas law Center for the Public Arts in Buckhannon. Broadcast journalist Ted Koppel will serve as moderator, and students and members of the public will have an opportunity to submit questions to the senator.

The 76-year-old Rockefeller served as president of West Virginia Wesleyan from 1973 to 1976.
