MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - Marshall County plans to demolish three-flood prone homes as part of a federal effort to reduce flooding.

County emergency management deputy director Michael Mucheck tells WTOV-TV (https://bit.ly/1frBO2a ) that two homes are in Moundsville and one is in Benwood.

Mucheck says all three properties were flooded in 2004 and 2005.
