DUBLIN, Ga. (AP) - State fire officials say a 72-year-old man has died after a house fire in middle Georgia.

Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner Ralph Hudgens says 72-year-old Forrest A. Marshall of Dublin was killed when his house caught fire Tuesday evening.

Hudgens says the cause of the fire is unclear, and the Laurens County Rural Fire Department is helping in the investigation.

Dublin is about 55 miles southeast of Macon.
