ORANGE CITY, Iowa (AP) - A judge has ordered the trial moved for a northwest Iowa day care provider charged with murder in the death of a 3-year-old girl.

An attorney for 34-year-old Rochelle Sapp had sought the change of venue, saying publicity surrounding the case would make it hard for Sapp to receive a fair trial in Sioux County. The trial will be held in Carroll County. No trial date has been set.

Sapp has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and child endangerment in the death of Autumn Elgersma last year. An autopsy report says the girl died of blunt force head injuries.
