ASBURY PARK, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey town administrator has been arrested on cocaine possession charges.

Asbury Park police tell the Asbury Park Press (https://on.app.com/R2aSNs) that Manchester Township administrator Elene Zsoldos was arrested Monday afternoon. At the time, she was in a township vehicle.

No one answered the phone Wednesday at the home of the 44-year Berkeley Township resident.

Manchester officials said Wednesday that Zsoldos has been suspended without pay. She has held the township administrator post for about seven years.
