DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - A documentary about restaurant workers and wage inequality is set to premiere at the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in Durham.

The directors of “The Hand That Feeds” say their movie tells the story of a sandwich maker who wants to end abusive conditions at a restaurant chain in New York City. The screening of the movie will be held Saturday morning in the Durham Convention Center.

Directors Rachel Lears and Robin Blotnick and one of the film’s subjects will participate in a question-and-answer session after the movie.
