CHICAGO (AP) - Two people died and at least 25 others were injured during separate weekend shootings in Chicago.

The Chicago Sun-Times tallied the shootings that took place starting Friday through early Monday.

Jordan Harris, 24, was shot and killed Saturday at a house party on the city’s West Side. Five others were injured.

And 16-year-old Michael Flournoy, a high school football player who lived on the city’s South Side, was also killed Saturday night.

Family members say Flournoy was shot when he got into a fight on his way to the store.

WLS-TV reports a community activist is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.

Meanwhile, counselors will be available at Simeon Career Academy on Monday.
