PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The number of Pennsylvania utility customers without power is now down to about 1,000, with another major storm on the horizon.

PECO said Tuesday it was working to restore electricity to those without it. FirstEnergy says its Pennsylvania customers were all back online as of Sunday night, and PPL says it finished restoring power Saturday night.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Wednesday evening to late Thursday night for snow, sleet and freezing rain expected in Philadelphia and surrounding areas, with 6 to 10 inches of snow and a trace of ice predicted. Six inches or more is also predicted in parts of central Pennsylvania.

The weather service says most of Pennsylvania received several more inches of snow Sunday.
