ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Anchorage police have released the name of a 17-year-old boy who was killed in a traffic crash and the names of two other teenagers who were injured.

Brandon Muller was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle rollover early Thursday at O’Malley Road and Commodore Drive in South Anchorage.

Police say 18-year-old Damien Doctolero was critically injured in the crash of the SUV. Police say a 16-year-old girl, Chynna Tiernan, sustained severe injuries, but is in stable condition.

According to police, the driver of the SUV lost control of the vehicle, which rolled and came to stop in the yard of a condominium complex.

Police say none of the teens were wearing seatbelts. Police also say excessive speed contributed to the severity of the crash.

The crash investigation continues.
