SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Dangerous cold is blanketing the Dakotas once again.

The National Weather Service says wind chills early Monday in North Dakota were in the minus 20s and 30s. And they were expected to drop that low in northeast and eastern South Dakota overnight Monday into Tuesday.

A few inches of snow also were forecast Monday for south central and southeast North Dakota, and for much of South Dakota.
