PHOENIX (AP) - Arizona Department of Environmental Quality officials say a manufacturer of metal tubing has agreed to pay a $130,000 penalty for hazardous waste violations at its Phoenix facility.
ADEQ announced the settlement with Allied Tube & Conduit Corp. on Thursday.
The fee is part of a consent judgment handed down by the Maricopa County Superior Court.

The agency cited the company for 15 violations, including nine for storing hazardous waste without a permit.
