ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A film industry trade magazine has Albuquerque lower on its latest list of cities ranked for their suitability to host film productions.

In fact, Albuquerque slipped out of the top 10 cities on MovieMaker Magazine’s ratings for 2014.

Albuquerque’s 2014 position as No. 11 continues a slide from its No. 1 ranking in 2010 and second- and third-place rankings in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

The city was No. 8 on the 2013 list.

According to the Albuquerque Journal (https://bit.ly/1bZpGQP ), MovieMaker’s criteria included shooting days, numbers of production and dollars generated in 2013.

Other criteria included access to equipment and facilities, tax incentives and a general category that included lifestyle, weather and transportation.

Albuquerque had more projects in 2013 than 2012 but not a big-budget film.
