BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - The man suspected of fatally shooting Travis Harris on Nov. 7 in an armed robbery turned himself in to Baton Rouge police without incident.

Cpl. L’Jean McKneely tells The Advocate (https://bit.ly/1ji2Qfg ) 20-year-old Demonte Foster aces charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.

Harris was found shot to death near a stairwell outside an apartment at the King’s Court Apartments at about 9 p.m. on Nov. 7.
