WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - A Texas company that provides private aviation services says it plans to spend $15.8 million for a new terminal and other upgrades at New York’s Westchester County Airport.

The Journal News (https://lohud.us/1lG9PjX ) reports that the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency voted Thursday to negotiate a $40 million bond package for Houston-based Million Air.

Million Air says it intends to acquire existing franchise operations at the airport in the spring, after the bonds are sold to private investors.
