ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Michael Olaitan scored twice to lead Greek league leader Olympiakos to a 5-0 away triumph at lowly Veria on Saturday.

Alejandro Dominguez, Hernan Perez and Yiannis Maniatis also scored for Olympiakos, which remains unbeaten after 24 rounds.

Olympiakos has opened a 17-point gap over second-place PAOK, which travels to fifth-place Panathinaikos on Sunday.

Veria is second to last.

Veria’s defense resisted for 59 minutes, but, after Dominguez opened the scoring, the visitors easily penetrated from both wings, finding the open man in the middle and scoring from close range. Perez made it 2-0 in the 69th, Olaitan headed in his first a minute later, Maniatis scored in the 85th and Olaitan added another in injury time.

Also, Apollon beat Xanthi 2-0 and Ergotelis won 1-0 at Platanias.
