ERIE, Pa. (AP) - A grandfather and two young boys died in a western Pennsylvania house fire.

The Erie Times-News (https://bit.ly/1eL8KSC ) reports that the fire was reported at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning in Harborcreek Township. Fire investigators were still at the scene nine hours later, trying to determine what caused the blaze.

Fairfield Hose Co. Chief Jim Hawryliw says the home was engulfed in fire when crews arrived. They entered and found the bodies of an adult male and two boys under the age of 5. Their names were not yet available.

Erie County Deputy Coroner Korac Timon says the adult was the boys’ grandfather. Timon says all three appeared to have died as a result of the fire.
