Marylanders have an important decision to make this year. We will either decide to continue the tax-and-spend agenda and the exit of businesses and Marylanders to other states, or we will embark upon a journey of restoration for our state. What choice will you make?

Our next governor will have difficult issues to address and important decisions to make. He will have many new challenges and will inherit the burden of old challenges not met and made worse by the O’Malley administration.

David Craig has the experience necessary to begin restoring Maryland. A lifelong public servant, Mr. Craig brings with him critical experience as a city councilman, mayor and member of both the House of Delegates and the Senate.

He is also currently serving his second term as Harford County executive. No other candidate can dispute his level of leadership experience.

David Craig is experienced at all levels of government in critical areas including economic growth, job creation and managing budgets. We will not see his administration impose further tax burdens on Marylanders.

Mr. Craig’s running mate, Maryland Delegate Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio, has much to offer the people of Maryland as lieutenant governor. Miss Haddaway-Riccio’s experience as both a small-business owner and her 10 years as a member of the House of Delegates complements Mr. Craig’s proven leadership.

Like many Marylanders, I fully support and endorse David Craig and Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio. They are true representatives of the people.
