HAMILTON, Ohio (AP) - Police in southwest Ohio say a body found in a recycling container was that of a 44-year-old homeless man who was using the container as a shelter.

Hamilton police say the man found dead Monday afternoon was Maxemillian Demorrow, who also was known by the name William S. Gregory. Police say his last known address was in College Corner, an Ohio village less than 20 miles northwest of Hamilton along the Indiana state line.

Investigators say they don’t suspect foul play, but the ruling on the cause of death is pending. They’re awaiting toxicology results from the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
