SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Officials say no injuries are being reported after a small private plane crash landed about 3 miles northeast of the Salt Lake City International Airport on Wednesday afternoon.

Airport spokeswoman Barbara Gann says the Cessna Centurio crash-landed occurred around 2p.m. near 2100 North and Interstate 215.

Gann says the pilot was the only person aboard and reported no injuries.

He says he reported his plane may have been low on fuel.

Gann did not have immediate details where the plane was traveling to or from.

Officials were still gathering information Wednesday evening.

Gann says airport operations were temporarily suspended for 20 minutes after the crash.
