NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Nas has been added to the 2014 Buku music festival in New Orleans.

The rapper will mark the first-time appearance at the festival, officially known as the Buku Music + Art Project, with a performance of his landmark album “Illmatic.” Organizers say the performance will celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary.

Others added to the lineup include Sleigh Bells, Chance the Rapper, Carnage, GRiZ, Clockwork, Treasure Fingers and Young & Sick. Acts announced earlier include The Flaming Lips, rapper Pusha T and multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding.

The festival is in its third year. It’s scheduled for March 21-22. As in past years, it will be held at Mardi Gras World, the massive studio and warehouse where the city’s Carnival floats are made.
