COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A session for some students in the Columbia area to learn about space travel has been postponed.

On Thursday, the Decker Boulevard Chick-fil-A had invited all area students to eat dinner with officials from the NASA Challenger Learning Center.

The center is Richland County School District One’s aeronautics and space-themed educational program designed that gives students the chance to work on problem solving through interactive learning experiences.

Organizers say families will get to look at robots, rockets and aircraft designs.

Officials said the event will be rescheduled for February.
