ANALYSIS/OPINION:

Not a day goes by that Hillary Rodham Clinton is not mentioned as a possible 2016 presidential candidate.

Having observed previous holders of the secretary of state position (which seems to provide groundwork for taking a run at the White House), I suggest former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice be invited to run as the Republican candidate against whoever wins the Democratic nomination.

If Mrs. Clinton wants my vote, she should run for governor of New York, Arkansas or her home state and mine, Illinois. She would then get experience running a state before she thinks of running the country.
