LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) - Courtney Harnish, a freshman from West York Area High School, established a new record Friday in the Class AA Girls 200 Freestyle at the PIAA Swimming and Diving Championships.

Harnish turned in a time of 1:45.91 to break the mark of 1:47.05 set last year by Adriana Grabski of Mifflinburg. Harnish is the top seed in Saturday’s Class AA Girls 500 Freestyle.

Bradley Buchter of Camp Hill Trinity High School won his second straight PIAA Class AA Boys 1-meter diving championship with a record score of 557.30. Buchter, a sophomore, held the previous record of 533.05.
